Summary: Responsible for developing a Distributors business and for conducting training and field meetings for an assigned territory. Responsible for successfully on-boarding new distributors and conducting route surveying for assigned territory. Responsible for the sales growth of the assigned District. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: ? Conducting effective work-withs (truck ride a-longs 3-4 days per week.) ? Driving sales to the truck and off the truck at the District level and the Distributor level ? Generates leads for Field Recruiters ? Conducts new start training (2 week ride-along for new Distributors). Completes field start process with all new Distributors and revisits as needed to develop/coach as directed by Regional Manager and Regional Business Analyst ? Conducts Field Excellence Meetings monthly with entire district. ? May participate at Student Tech shows ? Extensive travel required within in a defined territory ? Manage regional credits and adjustments ? Perform route surveys for all new starts as well as surveys at the request of the RM Key Metrics: ? District Sales Plan ? Distributor Success (route averages, % growing, % 150K, etc.) ? Regional Retention Qualifications- Education/Experience: ? Product knowledge ? Route Sales/ Field Sales experience ? Salesmanship (proven sales experience) ? Business Mgmt ? Strong organizational skills ? Training skills ? Lead generation skills ? Knowledge of Industry ?
