We are currently seeking a Recruitment Analyst, located in Morristown, NJ, reporting to the Executive Director, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will provide reporting capability, analytical support, and assist in the design of value-added staffing metrics for Watson. Essential Job Functions: This is not intended as a comprehensive list; it is intended to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities. Incumbent(s) may not be required to perform all duties listed, and may be required to perform additional, position-specific tasks. As the Recruitment Analyst, you will: ? Create, maintain, analyze and enhance current and future recruitment reporting metrics (e.g. OFCCP, CPH, and TTA). Prepare analytical reports and ad hoc reports, participate on project teams providing input and monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment metric data summaries and presentations as requested. ? Maintain vendor relationship with the integrated posting technology vendor. Develop and design usage guides and provide training to HR Client Services on proper utilization of the system. Prepare analytical reports and data summaries presenting information as requested. ? Maintain vendor relationships and contracts (Agency and Temporary); conduct temporary hours usage audits, analyze agency and temporary usage; monitor and report on trends. ? Review, analyze and maintain various recruitment analytics, process invoices and handle charge backs. Create and enhance reports to disseminate appropriate information to HR Client Services. ? Participate in organizations, conferences or related events to support technical recruitment tools. ? Assist in development and implementation of initiatives for Talent Acquisition strategic plans and objectives. May, as needed, provide sourcing support to HR Client Services and/or participate in recruitment-related events. ? Ensure compliance with all Company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations. ? Perform related duties as assigned. ? Maintain critical recruitment information systems to ensure data integrity recommending and making system changes as necessary. Develop and design guides and other materials and provide training to HR Client Services on proper usage of the systems. Responsible for audit of systems data including changes as a result of audit process. Qualifications Knowledge of: Must have intermediate-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint & Word Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other regulatory requirements a +. Skill in: ? Overseeing the formal planning, tracking, and reporting of project performance. ? Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. ? Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with others. ? Ability to interface and collaborate with many levels of employees. ? Analyzing problems, projecting consequences of proposed actions, and implementing recommendations that support department goals and objectives. ? HR-related systems and report writing query tools. ? Federal, State and local laws and regulations pertaining to Human Resources such as benefits, compensation, employment and employee relations and Affirmative Action. ? Business and personal computer hardware and software applications, including applicant tracking systems and database management. Utilizing computer systems and software applications for generating reports. * Developing and implementing HR systems that have a moderate to high impact on the organization. * Managing multiple projects; defining problems, collecting data, drawing valid conclusions; recommending methods, procedures and techniques for resolution. Education Bachelors degree in related field, from an accredited college or university, with a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years directly related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
