Inside Sales Representative Job ID: SP20090210-49788 Requirements: Expertise Sales Education Bachelors Job Type Full-time Location United States - Maryland - Rockville Job Level Experienced Description: Position Summary: Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers primarily by phone to increase sales of an organizations products and/or services. Works with team members in the field including field sales. Provides support to customers over the phone and may conduct field visits as necessary. Will be assigned accounts in addition to a geographic region where they will proactively work with potential customers to gain business, follow up on leads and call upon our existing customer base. Will need to be able to present solutions to new potential clients over the phone and via web-ex meetings. In addition they will provide internal support to field sales team and will utilize our CRM, Sales Force Dot Com on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: * Developing relationships with customers through incoming leads and proactive activities. * Working with customers to understand their business and their outsourcing needs * Detailing & presenting the Fisher BioServices solutions to potential customers * Preparing and updating contacts and opportunities in our CRM salesforce.com * Supporting field sales personal in day to day activities Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Education/Training ? Bachelors degree Business Experience ? 2 plus years in a sales position as an inside or field sales representative Knowledge/Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills required, CRM ? salesforce.com a plus Working Conditions ?
