Responsibilities include: * Leads sales planning process and client strategy development for targeted consulting organizations and executes on the client plan. * Crafts and presents client offers and helps the sales team identify and navigate alternative paths to making the sale. * Develops relationships with the buying center. * Creates a pipeline of future business opportunities. * Utilizes other selling resources at the appropriate time in the selling process. * Qualifies HRO sales opportunities with clients, transitions work to HRO Sales and Accounts, and provides auxiliary support to HRO Business Developers to effectively close the sale. * Collects market intelligence and other learnings and experiences, incorporates it into client sales planning process, and involves manager to make appropriate connections. * Manages the client level cost of sale and makes appropriate decisions regarding investments. * Provides input on performance of key consulting team members. * Uses tools, systems and processes for client planning, monthly forecasting, CRM, and market intelligence. * Acquires knowledge of and develops relationships with community and/or professional/industry organizations toward generating and nurturing leads for Hewitt work. Qualifications * Bachelors Degree * Minimum of 8 years experience selling HR Professional Consulting Services * Broad content knowledge in Regional Consulting Lead offers (i.e. Talent, Health Care, and Retirement) and HRO capabilities. * Demonstrates strong sales strategy and sales process abilities. * Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales quota * Demonstrates confidence and personal impact with internal and external clients.
