This position performs a broad range of specialized duties within assigned areas, ensuring process flow and procedures are established and documented for new products and initiatives. Represents assigned area as subject matter expert for special projects. Perform training of new and existing employees on process and procedures. Develop solutions to improve operational effectiveness, quality, and timeliness. Position supports Operations, employee should be willing to be flexible and be able to work for short periods throughout the operating window, but the position at most times will be 10 am to 7 pm, Mon to Sat, with 2 days off in a week, 40 hours a week working. Establish process flow, procedures, and documentation for new products and initiatives. Represent assigned area as subject matter expert for special projects. Perform training of new and existing employees on process and procedures. Develop procedures to improve operational effectiveness, quality and timeliness. Performs testing of systems and processes for new implementations. Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand. Apply compliance; maintain HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators; adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with HSBC and regulatory standards, policies and practices; report issues and operational loss events. Abide by human resources and other HSBC policies in support of our ethical and respectful work environment. Complete other responsibilities, as assigned.
