Description: - Senior Sales Associate - SM7014 (09000KT) Job Description Senior Sales Associate - SM7014( Job Number: 09000KT) Description Description: This position is responsible for being a leader in superior sales execution, providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers through product knowledge, trend awareness and exceptional customer care. This enthusiastic and professional sales associate also provides delegated management support and is depended upon to both open and close the store as needed, with all deposit and opening/closing procedures followed strictly and consistently. Qualifications Qualifications: Experience: At least 2 years of retail experience preferred. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to make bank deposits and attend mandatory Company meetings. Ability to work shifts on days, nights, holidays and weekends according to the needs of the business. Ability to converse, read and write in English. Fluency in a secondary language preferred but not required. Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, frequently reach with hands and arms, twist, bend frequently, stoop, squat, lift and carry up to 15 pounds and push/pull up to 30 pounds. Ability to effectively maneuver within all areas of the sales floor and stock room. Ability to ascend and descend ladders and to use and operate all store equipment as needed. Ability to effectively communicate with and professionally collaborate with Store Manager and store team. Ability to assist the Store Manager as needed with effectively training, supervising and developing a highly qualified store staff. Maintains brand integrity in all areas of visual displays and customer service. Maintains cleanliness and organizational standards so that the store is a neat, clean and safe environment for all associates.
