Description: This position is responsible for being a leader in superior sales execution, providing an outstanding shopping experience to our customers through product knowledge, trend awareness and exceptional customer care. This enthusiastic and professional sales associate is a team player with the ability to maintain the sales floor to Company standards, and comply with all Company policies and procedures.

This position demonstrates excellence in all areas of sale and merchandising standards.

Achieves or exceeds all personal sales and productivity goals while abiding by all loss prevention policies.

Provides respectful, attentive service to the guests throughout the store. Utilizes dynamic communication skills to build and maintain guest relationships.

Actively maintains merchandising, organization and housekeeping standards in all areas of the store.  Complies with all register transaction policies.

Ability to collaborate and communicate in an effective and professional manner with all corporate and retail partners through all permissible media, including e-mail and telephone.

Perform additional job duties/responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 1-2 years of retail experience preferred. Ability to assist management members with bank deposits as needed as well as to attend mandatory Company meetings. Full time Sales Associates must have the ability to work shifts on days, nights, holidays and weekends according to the needs of the business.

Part time Sales Associates must have the ability to work shifts on holidays and weekends according to the needs of the business. Day and evening flexibility preferred. Ability to converse, read and write in English. Fluency in a secondary language preferred but not required. Working knowledge of basic math functions. Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time, frequently reach with hands and arms, twist, bend frequently, stoop, squat, lift and carry up to 15 pounds and push/pull up to 30 pounds. Ability to effectively maneuver within all areas of the sales floor and stock room. Ability to ascend and descend ladders and to use and operate all store equipment as needed. Ability to effectively communicate with and professionally collaborate with Store Manager and store team.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Maintains brand integrity in all areas of visual displays and customer service. Maintains cleanliness and organizational standards so that the store is a neat, clean and safe environment for all associates.
