Morgan Stanley Fund Services - Billing Business Analyst

Position Description: The MSFS Billing position entails the production of monthly client invoices the Morgan Stanley Funds Services area. In addition, there may also be project work to develop improved reporting and analysis for presentation directly to senior management regarding functionalized and standardized processes and metrics tracking. Primary Responsibilities - Compiling of funds total assets, reviewing the administration agreements to ensure proper charges are billed as well as liaising with the account managers with the completed invoices. Additional responsibilities may include: -Involvement in the reengineering and testing of the billing process within Morgan Stanley Fund Service. -Expense Analysis -Daily adhoc requests from the business unit. Skills Required Required Skills: Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance Experience Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Strong PC Skills (e.g. Excel) Outstanding Attention to Detail Analytical and Time Management Skills 1-2 years Business/Finance experience Skills Desired Desired Skills: Knowledge of Fund Services Prior Billing Experience
