EDg Delivery manager

In the role of Delivery Manager we are seeking an individual that can lead projects that define and implement new target operating models which govern how business units will source, manage and share data in terms of Business Process Standardization and Integration. The Delivery Manager is required to have a broad understanding of how reference data can be leveraged by business units to carry out their business processes e.g. trading, risk management and regulatory reporting.  The candidate will lead a project team responsible for defining and delivering economical and practical solutions taking into consideration the projects business drivers, guiding principles, best practices and the target operating model.  The individual must have a comprehensive knowledge of data, data management, operations, technology, and project management. This role will require an individual who can lead resources that are assigned to the project but may not be direct reports.  The individual must have strong leadership and management skills required to perform planning, staffing, facilitating and controlling activities required to ensure the target solution is delivered on time, on budget and to specification in order to accomplish the projects goals and objectives. Skills Required * 7 + years experience in the financial industry with considerable amount of Project Management experience. * Bachelors / Masters in Business or Finance with good communication and relationship skills * Power User of MS Office suite (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) * Knowledge of ITG Mercury will be a plus. * Must be a go-getter with a focus and commitment to getting things done.
