Analyze, reconcile, and prepare reports relating to university bond proceeds and related debt. Analyze, reconcile, and prepare reports relating to University mortgage programs. Qualifications/Required Education  Bachelors degree in Accounting Preferred Education  Masters degree in Accounting or Business Administration. Required Experience  3 years of related financial analysis and auditing experience or equivalent combination. Preferred Experience  Experience with researching advanced accounting issues. Experience with accounting practices within a higher education environment. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities  Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate routing and complex information to individual at all levels. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities  Certified Public Accountant license. Familiarity with PeopleSoft financial software for Education and government, Brio query and Hyperion Planning.
