Security Team Lead

Administer and coordinate the Industrial Security Program, incorporating personnel security, physical security, visitor control, automated information security (AIS), Communications Security (COMSEC) and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), OPM, DISCO and all other security -related regulations and procedures. This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI US Government security clearance. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree or 8 years equivalent work experience in physical and personnel security, information security, and industrial security operations. General understanding of the US Intelligence Community and working knowledge of the responsibilities of the Agencies making up the Community. General understanding of the security principles associated with the Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). Excellent customer service and communication skills (written & oral); well organized, detailed oriented, self-starter. Ability to plan and support multiple activities. Strong computer and desktop application skills. Must have TS/SCI and have ability to pass a polygraph.
