Job Scope and Key Responsibilities: Utilize advanced administrative and secretarial skills to support senior executive in a demanding, fast-paced, entrepreneurial office environment. Provides administrative support to additional select executives. Job Duties: ? Manage senior executives calendar. ? Heavy travel coordination. ? Answer and screen phone calls. ? Compose and proofread letters and documents. ? Create client presentations and proposals. ? Photocopying, scanning, and faxing. ? Conduct internet research. ? Create and maintain files and any other administrative tasks. ? Coordinate meetings and conference calls, including venues, transportation, food, materials preparation and meeting notes transcription. ? Assists at Executive meetings as requested or needed. Requirements Qualifications: Two plus years of college or business college education preferred. Minimum eight years of combined experience as an Executive Assistant. Flexible to work overtime with little notice. MS Office Suite with and emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written (grammar, spelling, format) communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Highly organized and process oriented. Ability to operate independently and "self manage" projects. Strong analytical and reasoning abilities. Ability to effectively multitask and juggle shifting priorities in a deadline-driven, high-pressure, dynamic environment.
