Business Analyst

Job Details: - Masters degree is required Provides research, data analysis and technical support for planning and program development projects.  Masters Degree in Health Care Administration or related field Participates in the development of strategic plans for the system and its subsidiary organizations ? Provides data and written material as needed ? Assists in the RFP process for selection as well as coordination for the process .  Collects, analyzes and presents accurate, complete data to support planning and program development efforts according to deadline ? Conducts market and demographic research using computer databases ? Designs instruments/models to support planning activities ? Conducts primary research, including provider interviews; contacts outside agencies as needed ? Works collaboratively with staff in other departments to produce/provide financial and utilization data when needed ? Performs literature searchers; reviews and summarizes secondary data ? Works with consultants to collect and provide internal data for Certificate of Need applications, market studies, feasibility studies and special projects.Analyzes data; makes recommendations based upon findings ? Organizes and presents information and/or data in an understandable and usable format
