Sales Coordinator

This position will be responsible for contacting corporate accounts via phone and internet on a regular basis in order to perform account maintenance as necessary and act as point of contact for new account set-up. This associate will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through regular customer contact and problem resolution. Gain compliance from non-purchasing locations. • Utilize communication skills to discern customer expectations; develop and present recommendations, pricing to customers for approval. • Communicate customer expectations to various support departments. • Support the program process by providing necessary customer information to ensure the success of the program. • Be involved in ongoing improvement efforts as directed by management. • Provide training to customers on Internet features and functionality of Programs • Develop Customer relationships through regular customer contact over the phone Qualifications • Must have good customer relation skills including negotiation, e-mail, and phone skills. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook • Must be able to successfully engage in balancing multiple tasks through the use of good time management, prioritization, and organizational skills • Ability to communicate company value and service in addition to features and benefits. • Account management & problem solving skills a must. Industry knowledge a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
