Requirements (experience, certifications, specialized areas of expertise). The applicant must be a Program Analyst with relevant experience in a NAVAIR Program Office, and particularly in operations management. Job Duties: The incumbent will support the PMA 261 in office management and administration. Efforts will include: tracking and coordinating all incoming and outgoing correspondence to include all forms of correspondence and briefings; coordinate building facility management and maintenance; coordination of PM and DPM higher authority meetings and oversee PM and DPM travel management. The incumbent will provide assessments and recommendations on, and participation in PMA-261 meetings with government and prime contractor representatives. The incumbent will be required to speak to large groups to provide progress reviews and assessment results. The incumbent will be required to assist process improvement efforts, particularly those related to their functional areas. The incumbent will routinely report both accomplishments and challenges that require leadership attention. The incumbent will perform other duties as assigned by PM and DPM.
