This position will provide onsite training to the customer following system installations. Must have additional skill set to be fully utilized in group when training is not required. Significant travel is required. Plans, develops, and implements technical product training programs typically for field support personnel and customers. Obtains information needed to prepare training programs; prepares training materials; designs product demonstrations; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids. Conducts training sessions, product demonstrations, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. May utilize external trainers with technical expertise. Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date. Qualifications Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three or more years of technical training experience. Experience working with company software, systems, applications and network products. Experience working with communication practices, principles and procedures for on-site presentations. Ability to develop training manuals and procedures. Proven presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of management and employees. Comprehension skills for understanding products and applying knowledge to presentation.
