Electronic Discovery Specialist

Stratify, the industry leader in electronic discovery, is seeking a dynamic Electronic Discovery Specialist to help us expand our client base! In this high profile role, you will sell e-discovery services and products to top law firms, Fortune 500 companies and even government agencies. You should be self confident, intelligent, as well an effective relationship builder and communicator. Requirements Qualifications include 2+ years experience as an attorney, senior level paralegal or practice support professional with experience managing electronic discovery doc reviews • Desire for someone with deep contacts/relationships in the legal community with decision-makers • Strong aptitude or experience in technology • A sound technical understanding of the electronic discovery marketplace in the services and/or software areas • Great listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions and clearly discuss business value propositions • Excellent proposal writing skills and ability to manage complex sales engagements • This position requires an effective communicator, presenter, and relationship builder with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. • Must desire to influence and participate in the strategic direction of the company, its services and its software products • Participating inspeaking engagements as required • Seeking candidates in all major metropolitan areas including New York City, Washington DC, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
