Sous Chef [Part time] REPOST - Coordinates activities of cooks and other workers engaged in producing daily buffet and occasional a la carte menus. The successful candidate will ensure that methods of cooking, garnishing and sizing of portions are as prescribed as well as assume responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef. Ability to maintain excellent sanitation practices is essential. Knowledge of Word Processing software is required. Employment is contingent upon grant funding. Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
