Sous Chef [Part time] REPOST - Provides culinary and administrative support to the Conference Center at Mercer by coordinating the preparation, seasoning and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods. May plan and price menu items, order supplies, keeps records, and accounts. May participate in cooking. Ability to handle high volume food production, strong knowledge of food and equipment safety and excellent sanitation practices is essential. Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and six months to one year culinary related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
