We are currently looking for a new Account Manager to help lead a project for one of the worlds best know financial services companies. Job Description: * In conjunction with the client and existing Momentum team, create, implement and execute a recognition project for the clients most valuable customers. * Track progress against pre-determined goals regarding customer reach and redemption rates specific to offers * Develop best practices and process for new project * Manage all aspects of project fulfillment, from identifying assets, marketing assets, creating training and fulfillment documents for client fulfillment teams, and creating customer facing itineraries. * Help client to manage their budget and balance it against their need for customer reach * Act as onsite Host for specific events. Duties will include: 1. Development of budget P&L and package pricing along with concept sheets? for client sell-in 2. Contract development and negotiations with all necessary parties, including properties, venues, vendors etc. 3. Oversee communication development for training/ fulfillment docs and customer facing docs 4. On-site management and execution 5. Budget / P&L finalization and event recaps * Maintain client contact through weekly updates and overall client engaging and servicing * Collaborate and brainstorm with Momentum team * Supervise and mentor AE who will provide overall support * Research and stay abreast of industry and competitive trends among high value customers On-Site: * Complete on-site management while providing an exceptional customer experience * Act as the host(ess)? of the event to fully execute event attributes * Manage customer expectations and experiences onsite within the overview of the program itinerary within the following elements: * Transportation * Hospitality * Event access * Additional CM requests on-site * Provide qualitative/quantitative feedback, key learnings and anecdotal customer feedback from events Experience and credentials: * 5+ years of relevant experience including proven on site activation * 3+ years agency experience * Experience working with high end, luxury brands preferred * Excellent problem solver, crisis manager, communicator * Experience training/mentoring more junior team members * Rated Solid or better on performance reviews * Demonstrates a client management philosophy? that fits within the Momentum model * Proven success in collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in achieving established objectives * Regularly delivers quality work (creatively and strategically solid) within budget parameters * Successful leadership of clients Momentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V.
