Position  The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for defining and validating the business and functional processes for Call Center technology projects. The candidate should possess; deep knowledge and implementation experience with call center components including Agent desktop tool (e.g. Salesforce.com), Routing, IVR, CTI and Workforce Management, strong communication skills, the ability to run information gathering workshops, the capability to lead a detailed analysis of the current state and be familiar with the Wealth Management industry.

This role includes authoring detailed future state business requirements and functional specifications. This role will require extensive interaction with Business, Legal, Operations and Technology groups. The analyst is expected to be a subject matter expert in the Call Center technology space from a business and operational perspective. The role will require some minimal travel.
