The Morgan Stanley Global Diversity Group has an immediate opportunity for a Human Resources professional. The individual in this position will support Morgan Stanleys undergraduate diversity recruiting efforts. RESPONSIBILITIES ? Become an expert on student groups and student communities on target campuses, and develop and maintain relationships with campus leaders ? Serve as point-of-contact for diverse student groups and interested students on campus, and assist in educating about the Firm and its opportunities ? Coordinate, plan and attend analyst-level diversity presentations and receptions including monitoring of student and employee attendance, catering, and technical equipment. Multitask as a Firm representative assisting both attendees and representatives at events ? Manage the outreach and selection process of Morgan Stanleys annual undergraduate scholarship program ? Work with divisional recruiting teams to identify speakers, panelists and divisional representatives, and coordinate Firm representation at diversity-based events. Prepare attendees for event expectations and responsibilities ? Review and evaluate requests for corporate sponsorship and donations ? Serve as a contact for all Diversity summer analysts, conduct mid-summer check-in meetings, end of summer exits ? Participate in special projects as required ? Perform related duties as assigned Skills Required Skills Required: ? Bachelors degree; 3-5 Years professional experience (Campus Recruiting or Diversity Recruitment) ? Strong client focus with outstanding judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills ? Adept at communicating with college-age students interested in learning about and exploring many career opportunities ? Self-starter with strong project management skills ? A team player with strong influencing skills and demonstrated ability in leadership ? Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills ? Ability to work in a fast-paced, high change environment ? Ability to act professionally regarding sensitive subjects ? Ability to travel - weekend attendance at events will be required ? Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and database applications ?
