Business Analyst - Critical Hire 804

The Business Analyst will be responsible for defining business requirements and functional specifications for the Entitlements Solutions group. Entitlements Solutions is defining the strategic roadmap for development of key technology that will be used to provision and review end-user entitlements to the Firms sensitive information assets, such as applications and databases. The Business Analyst will work closely with front office personnel, the Firms Information Security office and IT developers to collect business requirements, develop functional specifications for IT, present and walk-through project deliverables, and facilitate UAT with the end-users. Skills Required * Experience developing functional specifications and Use Cases * Experience with business process mapping and definition * Experience leading workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business users * Clear understanding of project management and business analysis approaches * Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills * Expert with PowerPoint * Execution and deliverable focused * Keen attention to detail * Strong communication and influencing skills * Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work Skills Desired * Experience in financial industry * Project management experience * Proven leadership with effective organizational and interpersonal skills * Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment * Self motivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership and accountability
