Sales Account Manager for Classic Automobile Wiring Kit...Posted: October 25, 2009
We are looking for a star sales manager that has a passion for Classic Automobiles. The account manager will be offering a data base of prospects and current clients a catalog of universal wiring kits of Highway series, Power Plus Series, and Builder Series, as well as our popular line of Classic Update kits. This could be a great entry level position for someone who understands the wiring of an automobile and a personable attitude. The position consists of working with customers, entering sales orders and assisting with technical questions. Within 90 days there will be an evaluation of performance for the requirements of account representative position. Typical Duties of the Positions a. Answering phones and routing calls b. Catalog request mailings c. Use of corporate operating system and operational software on a MAC d. Greeting and directing customers of the phone and a trade shows e. Company email correspondence f. Printing, coping documents and filing g. Ability to offer ideas for increased office proficiency h. Knowledge of catalogs and product lines i. Invoicing to customers j. Taking product orders and following the proper procedure for delivery k. Provide technical support to the customer over the phone l. Knowledge of shipping capabilities m. Utilize the website and understand the product offerings n. Attend up to 4 Trade Shows o. Lead generation p. Account cultivation and growth q. Rapport building callings with current customers- meet weekly quotas r. Activity Reporting in the computer system s. Customer Satisfaction Working hours: 8-5 Prior skills- Customer service, MAC computer knowledge, basic knowledge of vehicles, basic knowledge of electrical system, 1-2 of sales experience Pay Scale- $30-38,000 plus commission Please call 856-241-8881 to learn more about this position and what the next steps in the interview process are.
