Responsible for the review, analysis and optimization of Integra business processes flows related to HR activities. Coordinates and standardizes both manual and software supported transactions around the companys Oracle E-Business Suite modules and process related Non-Oracle applications. Works with implementation consultants, internal implementation teams, department mangers, and executive management to establish and enforce process standards and methodologies. As a business process expert, this position is responsible for the successful training and communication of all changes through Integras various business divisions. Oversees resolution of new process implementation problems, coordinates troubleshooting activities to resolve business process issues and ensures the successful transition of implementations from development and testing through production and post implementation support. Works closely with the local implementation team as the Integra business process expert. Leadership Ability to define and communicate business issues, with experience building close relationships and engaging senior management. Work with senior management to gather and evaluate business requirements through planned meetings, user-group work sessions, and individual interviews. Coordinate potential solution reviews with clients and provide ongoing feedback on selected solutions implementation status and timeline. Propose recommendations to streamline core business processes, minimizing complexity, training effort and data duplication. Create and maintain mappings of current and future business process flowcharts. Prioritize and coordinate project and team activities based on business priority and ROI metrics. Occasionally coordinate and monitor the work of other business analysts. Provide leadership and inspiration to the team. Responsible for specific Human Resources business processes and standardization of those processes throughout Integra. Business Analysis Analyzes, documents, and communicates business requirements and gap analysis with key business and technical leads to develop a total business solution. Suggests areas of improvement on existing processes, systems, and workflows in current business processes. Maps complex business processes including control points, key data and reporting elements, process training documentation, and system interfaces. Attends technical reviews to ensure project goal(s) are maintained throughout the project. Creates and maintains complex end-to-end business test case scenarios, verifying current process and transaction integrity while ensuring new requirements are tested thoroughly. Investigates the effect of proposed system changes on the global business environment. Verifies all changes are thoroughly reviewed for business impact and the appropriate documentation and training have been successfully completed prior to transition from test to a production environment. Other Ensures compliance to GMP, ISO, Corporate and local SOPs, SOX, all Integra policies, and processes through proper documentation, testing and communication. Other duties and assignments as may become necessary Job Requirements Education and Experience 5 to 7 years+ experience in Human Resources or equivalent Business Process experience. College degree required, MBA and work experience in human resources preferred . An individual contributor with demonstrated "hands-on" experience. Business Skills Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Proven track record in both solutioning and implementing process improvements Must be able to make sound decisions and resolve problems using experience and professional judgment Ability to prioritize and multitask Ability to travel globally as needed, up to 50% of the time or more for short periods as key projects require. Technical Skills Expert in Operations modules of major ERP vendor software, Oracle E-Business Suite preferred Major ERP implementation and support experience, Oracle E-Business Suite preferred Expert in MS Visio, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint. Experienced in Microsoft Office Trained in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing techniques Process Analysis of complex transactions, identification and resolution of issues.
