CASINO CASHIER II

1. Performs the specific duties of the following location as assigned per daily schedule: a. Cashiering duties of the front window (general cashier); or b. Duties of the slot cashier position. 2. When needed, performs duties assigned in manual mode, as well as computer mode. 3. As necessary, trains departmental personnel in the functions listed above. 4. Participates in the daily reconciliation of the area assigned. 5. Maintains compliance with the incompatibility rule ensuring the integrity of the casino finance operation. 6. Maintains compliance with the approved Secondary Program as stated in the Internal Controls. 7. Complies with the Casino Control Commission regulations, the IRS Currency Transaction Reporting laws and departmental and company policies and procedures. 8. Performs other duties delegated by departmental management (i.e. shredding, obtaining supplies, organizing, etc.). 9. Requires casino access into the casino cage and slot cashier areas. Education/Experience/ Skills/Requirements High school diploma, previous accounting or money-handling experience, and computer terminal experience are preferred. Flexibility of shift and hours is necessary. Exceptional guest service skills, courtesy, professionalism and good communication skills are required.
