Work with District Executives or Market and Segment Executives to drive business performance through managed sales activities within an assigned geography and segment (Business, Premier or Retail).Train, coach and monitor daily sales activities using the HSBC sales process to drive quality referrals and profitable sales within the assigned segment. Work with branch/segment personnel on a regular basis to improve selling skills and build profitable customer relationships. Ensure consistent sales management practices are applied throughout the District or Market including the effective use of customer relationship management system and related sales management tools to exceed Market or District financial targets. Support business development and campaign successes through planned activities such as contests, customer events, call nights and seminars. Drive sales communications and activities that motivate staff and promote teamwork among departments; communicate successes, share best practices and provide timely recognition. Live and represent the brand; exemplify the five brand attributes of being perceptive, progressive, responsive, respectful and fair, both internally and externally. Represent the District or Market Executive in implementing proactive sales initiatives within the particular marketplace to increase sales productivity. Ensure compliance monitoring and internal controls are in place, including processes for management of operational risk, in accordance with the Companys regulatory standards. Complete other related duties as assigned. Support the Companys Diversity program. Basic Qualifications: * Minimum of a Bachelors degree in business, marketing, related field, or equivalent experience * Minimum of seven years proven and progressive branch sales and service experience or equivalent, including consistent, strong branch sales results or equivalent * Series 6 or 7, 63 and insurance licenses required for Premier * Strong communications, interpersonal, influencing, leadership, coaching, planning, organizational, analytical, lateral thinking, and project management skills * Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe systems and software packages, including sales and customer relationship management tools * Sound understanding of Company products and services, supporting operations and pertinent regulations affecting their delivery Please refer to job code 84103 when responding to this ad.
