IT Business Analyst / Project Manager Description Plans and designs business processes and makes recommendations in order to improve and support business activities. Primary Responsibilities Evaluates user requirements, plans and designs business specifications and processes, documents associated IT system requirements. Manages complex projects. Defines requirements for and supports system implementation testing and change request management. Makes recommendations in order to improve and support business activities, especially in terms of automation opportunities. Utilizes systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner. Supports IT-related controls. Minimum 5 - 10 years business analysis or comparable experience in a complex leasing and lending environment is critical. Experience managing several large, complex projects. Strong verbal and written communications experience required, especially in terms of requirements engineering and system and process documentation. Strong analytical skills; minimum 5 years experience analyzing and implementing automated systems. Experience with industry-standard leasing and lending products. Solid understanding of the key leasing/lending business areas and value chain. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task effectively.
