Technical Architect/Team Lead

A development team lead is required to work in the IT team that supports the Risk Management department responsible for monitoring, measuring and communicating risks generated by Morgan Stanleys business lines.  The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience designing, building and integrating analytical systems in a multi-tier data-centric environment.  Experience architecting user interfaces using C# ASP.Net / Winforms is essential and some experience with competing technologies FLEX, STRUTS etc. would be beneficial.  The successful candidate will lead a team of developers in architecting, engineering, maintaining and supporting risk visualization systems.  Experience with large-scale relational databases, strong SQL and some Java/Linux skills are essential.
