Set up pantry area for efficient flow of operation Prepare salad dressings and various sauces to Mortons standard recipes Prepare and cook appetizers, soups, salads, and souffles to Mortons standards Conduct quality checks and visual accuracy of all pantry orders Assemble high quality items to be delivered to guests Clean and sanitize pantry area throughout and at the end of assigned shift Properly wrap, date, store and rotate perishable items Minimum of one year of fine dining experience Basic skills in reading, speaking and listening Must be able to follow and read recipes Must be able to perform essential functions to Mortons standards with reasonable accommodation(s) Be More.
