Description of position: This position will manage support to the Chief Financial Officer . Duties are complex and confidential requiring the highest level of discretion and independent judgment. Individuals within this role will have continuous contact/communication with high levels of internal management as well as senior management with external firms. Responsibilities/Accountabilities: * Assist with the creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents. * Prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings, receptions and conference calls. * Prepare, reconcile, and track expense reports through Travel and Entertainment System. * Assist in ad-hoc report special projects as needed. * Navigate Firms resources, interface with various departments on behalf of executive to collect information, respond to requests, and obtain services. * Arrange all aspects of travel, keeping executives travel profile up to date, arrange flights, hotels, car service and currency exchange using agency and online services. * Daily coordination with international offices. Qualifications Skills: * Well versed in all aspects of MSOffice Suite specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel. * Use of initiative and ability to be able to work within a short timeframe and under minimal guidance. * Strong verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of business to business financial services, Exposure to Communications-Good understanding of business and financial services trade media. * Strong attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills. * Comfortable working people at all organizational levels. * Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks and flexibility to change focus quickly as demand changes. Background: * Candidate must have previous experience supporting a C-level executive in Financial Services Industry.
