Job Description: A Principal Account Manager will work under the guidance of the Specialty Commercial Industry Practice Lead to lead efforts regarding RMS? software technology, its utilization to meet client business objectives and the coordination of activities associated with Change Management between version changes and other internal initiatives. They will lead the coordination of the installation, training and troubleshooting and provide ongoing support to new and existing clients using proprietary RMS software and technology to assess financial loss due to natural disasters. This includes support of RMS software under various operating configurations, assisting clients in the effective use of RMS technology, and assisting in sales of additional technology to existing clients. The position may also include production of analyses for ad-hoc, time sensitive client requests, and participation in product marketing efforts. Working under the guidance of more senior Sales and Services team members, participate in assigned sales-oriented activities, such as presenting solutions involving RMS products to existing clients, responding to RFP, RFQ, or RFI proposals, and consulting with prospective clients regarding the use of RMS products and services. Responsible for assisting the Sales and Services team with meeting targeted sales goals, and may be responsible for leading sales efforts for smaller accounts. Job Requirements: * Position requires a BA/BS (Economics, Finance, or Business) or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant experience; computer skills including PC Windows, spreadsheets, data management, and word-processing applications. * Re/Insurance and catastrophe risk management experience strongly preferred. * Position requires excellent written and verbal communications skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation, independence, creativity, team orientation, and an interest in working with computerized data.
