Job Description Under general direction from the Executive Director, Ethics and Compliance, the Assoc Dir/Director Regulatory Compliance will: 1. Conduct complex, sensitive and important investigations related to company issues whether raised via the BPO process, found via audit or reported otherwise. 2.Locates and interviews witnesses with relevant information, physical documentary evidence, files and official records; reduces facts to admissible statements; treats interviewees and all others with respect before, during and after all investigations. 3.Provide timely and complete reports to the BPO and to the Compliance Department related to all assigned matters. 4.Develop, implement and coordinate procedures and lines of communications for reporting of and handling of violations and ensuing investigations. 5.In concert with the Executive Director, develop, implement and coordinate corrective action protocols for detected problems/violations. 6.In concert with the Executive Director, develop, implement and oversee enforcement of corporate-wide disciplinary policies and standards. 7.Provide analysis and counsel on policy, and ethical issues to include; proposed new products, protecting intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, compliance issues, nondisclosure agreements, outsourcing agreements and business strategic planning. 8.Write, review, and edit reports, opinions, correspondence, and other documents. 9.Represent the Department, the Company or its officials as required both internally and externally. 10.Other duties as assigned.
