Ongoing Service Delivery ? Develop and deliver Service Plan. ? Understand contract. ? Understand and consult to meet clients business objectives; manage expectations. ? Document all client-related issues using Siebel. ? Oversee and ensure timely resolution of client issues. ? Ensure timely delivery of quarterly reports. ? Interface and manage operational issues with Medco Health functional areas. ? Monitor performance guarantees. ? Help retain/renew assigned accounts, ideally without bid process. ? Manage transition of accounts to new AM or AC following SOP. ? Ensure correct Client Profile set-up. ? Assist NAE in Client Review preparation. ? May develop Account Plan with direction from Portfolio Manager. ? May negotiate renewal contracts. ? May present new programs and services. ? May make program/plan design recommendations, as appropriate. ? May conduct review of quarterly reports with client. ? Manage annual review process. ? May co-facilitate Account Services 101 and 201 training. ? Ensure execution and compliance of all Account Management related SOPs ? Support Medco Health Corporate Initiatives and Profit Plan Objectives Installation Management ? Conduct pre-installation account team meeting. ? Review proposal, Account Turnover Document, and contract. ? Develop and maintain installation timeline. ? Conduct client installation meetings. ? Identify and document client requirements in an Installation Status Report (ISR). ? Manage and distribute documentation of installation issues and Siebel activity in the ISR. ? Manage review of ISR with client and obtain sign-off. ? Coordinate installation activity with NAE, AC, TC, CAE and other functional areas. ? Lead SIRT presentation. ? Manage risk point escalation. ? Review account set-up paperwork. ? Conduct pre-installation account set-up audit. ? Manage post-installation issue resolution. Team Roles ? May serve as Team Leader. ? Serve as Account Services Plan Manager. ? Ensure members of account team meet delivery dates and provide appropriate service to clients. Sales Support ? Assist in developing proposal responses. ? Attend "Best and Final" presentations. Qualifications: Qualifications: ? 3-4 years client related experience ? College degree preferred ? Cross-functional experience required Business Competencies ? Solid knowledge of PAID and MMRx systems and operations ? Ability to analyze complex data and offer recommendations for solutions ?
