On the Net: http://www.medco.com Job Responsibilities: Overview: ? Manage client installation and plan change activity for UHC National Account top tier accounts. ? Serve as the primary pharmacy business relationship contact for select clients. ? Accountable for overall client satisfaction of pharmacy service. ? Develop, provide oversight, and monitor success of the Account Business Plans. ? Partner with UHPS/NAE and Pharmacy Benefit Consultant (PBC) to ensure UHC customers have a clear understanding of pharmacy benefits and programs. ? Support UHC National Account sales & renewal activities. ? Understand customer benefit design and pricing schedule in order to properly implement and execute on deliverables. ? Understand UHC and UHC customer business objectives; manage expectations of the execution of customer requirements. ? Manage delivery of all client reports, as appropriate. ? Help retain/renew assigned accounts, ideally without bid process. ? Partner with UHPS NAEs in support of client performance review meetings. ? Make program and plan design recommendations as needed. ? Assist in developing proposal responses. ? Attend Best and Final? presentations as needed. ? Prepare installation project plans for all new business activity. ? Coordinate installation activity with other team members and functional areas. ? Effectively communicate and/or present client presentations and product or program information. ? Coordinate with Account Management Service team to ensure timely resolution of client issues. ? Mentor and contribute to overall development of Sr. Account Coordinators. ? Act as intermediary between internal Medco product owners and clients for service related enhancements. ? If necessary, manage transition of accounts to new AM following transition guidelines. Qualifications: **Position can sit in Franklin Lakes, NJ or Eden Prairie, MN** Qualifications: ? 4-6 years account management and client service related experience. ? College degree required. ? Comprehensive business understanding of the broader health care industry, beyond PBM. ? Proficient knowledge of the PBM industry. ? Proven ability to handle complex client issues and installations. ? Excellent written and oral presentation skills. ? Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ? Demonstrated teamwork skills. Competencies: ? Excellent negotiation skills. ? Demonstrates self confidence with all levels of the organization and takes on challenges. ? Relationship management skills. ? Solid knowledge of Medcos products and services.
