Senior Architect

KLINGMANN Architects & Brand Consultants is immediately seeking a senior architect with experience in mixed-used resort/residential projects. Applicant must show enthusiasm, be willing to work on tight deadlines, must be able to multi-task, and will be hired on a 3-month trial basis. Proven track record in handling large scale projects. Minimum of 5 year professional experience Strong English writing skills and able to develop an RFP Proficient technical abilities in CAD and 3D computer programs: AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino, Creative Suite Extensive experience in creative resort design and masterplanning Excellent opportunity for motivated self-starters to grow with a small multi-disciplinary start-up firm.
