Senior Project Architect

CORE architecture | design, headquartered in the Georgetown area of DC, seeks a Senior Project Architect with 5 - 10 years of experience for a leadership role in its growing restaurant practice. The position requires at least 3 years of practical and relevant restaurant experience. Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and consultants on diverse projects. Candidates must be able to take direction from project managers and principals, and ultimately be comfortable producing clear, concise and coordinate project documents, with technical specs of a high professional standard. Additionally, a candidate must be capable to assist and oversee the construction administration phase of a project.
