The position is responsible for day-to-day oversight of Account Management Associates and their activities. The position assists and supports external brokers and groups, as well as management and staff of other HealthNow business units. Job Duties: ? Support the Account Executives and Account Management Associates through communication and training. ? Coordinate work assignments and monitor staff activities and productivity ? Support Management and staff by resolving questions and escalated issues ? Coordinate and communicate new product implementation and product changes ? Act as a liaison for group implementations between Business Information Technology staff and Account Management Associates Qualifications: Required Skills: ? BS degree in Business Administration preferred ? Three (3) years of relevant work experience preferred. ?
