?***YOU MUST HAVE SIEBEL EXPERIENCE IN ANALYSIS AND/OR ADMINISTRATION TO BE CONSIDERED**** ****We are not looking for Siebel Programmers**** Job Summary Responsible for conducting research and root cause analysis for customers with the goal of recommending and implementing new processes and solutions to problems. Resolve any issues and improve operational performance on a cross-functional/departmental basis. Responsibilities - Responsible for collecting, tracking, analyzing and trending data; may conduct data mining using call survey results and make recommendations for actions/solutions. - Review and follow-up on data reporting for internal and external sources; identify and communicate business needs as necessary. - Participate in various internal and external project workgroups. - Assist in creating forecasting tools using current technology/systems (Access, Excel, Monarch, etc.). - May prepare materials for internal and external audit activities. - Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects, implementations, system fixes and enhancements, etc. Qualifications: Job Qualifications Education: - High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred. Work experience: - Two (2)+ years experience in an operational role, or analytical role. Specialized knowledge/skills: - Knowledge of Healthcare industry preferred. - Strong Computer Skills, Microsoft Office products to include (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.). - Team Player, Strong Analytical, and Interpersonal Skills.
