Serve as a business specialist to support the ongoing design, development, and maintenance of digital assets. * Work with internal customers and outside resources to create detailed functional requirements relating to the creation of digital assets in support of digital initiatives. * Assist the Quality Assurance and Development teams to verify the digital assets perform according to the functional requirements. Trouble-shoot and resolve technical issues related to the digital assets. Work with and develop an in-depth knowledge of our digital asset library to ensure efficient asset utilization and life cycle management. Identify issues and provide suggestions to improve the overall quality of the companys digital assets. Required Experience Bachelors degree required. 5+ years of professional business experience. 2 years experience leading requirements definition and management activities for moderately complex digital asset projects. 2 years plus experience gathering requirements from stakeholders such as interviews JAD sessions and or other techniques. 1+ years experience in executing test plans and test scripts. Advanced user knowledge of software packages including as MS Excel, MS Word and MS Visio. Excellent documentation skills with a strong attention to detail. Experience building user scenarios, use cases, process flow diagrams, and writing detailed functional requirements documents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences of technical and non-technical personnel orally and in writing. Able to present complex technical information to a non-technical audience. Self motivated; able to organize and manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision. An exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results with a willingness to work towards the overall success of the project.
