KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides assistance to the Executive Leadership by performing the following duties. Other duties may be assigned. Candidate must have executive level experience managing travel arrangements and coordinating an executive calendar in a high volume environment. Composes and types routine correspondence. Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records. Answers and screens telephone calls, and arranges conference calls. Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations. Create and edit presentations. Qualifications Strong leadership qualities required to interface will all levels of the organization as well as external customers. Must have the ability to exercise excellent judgment to represent the Company in a consistent and positive manner as well as the ability to act as executives liaison. Must be able to set priorities with the appropriate sense of urgency. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * Minimum 3 years at the senior executive level.
