Provide vision, expertise, and technology-based solutions in long range planning in the area of systems architecture. Serve as the resident expert to conduct studies, investigate the latest technology developments, and analyze impact of current and future system requirements. Recommend technology, draft, and present proposed corporate policies; draft and present proposed procedures, practices, and standards. Ensure that new initiatives conform to the firms long term strategic goals. Establish good working relationships with peers and outside organizations. Business Process Engineer Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in one of the following - Business Process Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Production and Operations Management, or Business Systems Analysis * 5 years of practical Process Improvement business experience leading significant process engineering and re-design initiatives * Experience with process analysis, design, and management of products, services, and activities including financial, customer, and operational performance measurement * Strong background with Top Down process engineering methodologies * Strong analytical and logical thinking Out of the Box * Proven creative process problem solver * Ability to represent concepts and process discussions with diagrams at various levels of detail * Ability to champion change and influence people to adopt new ways of performing work * Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills interfacing with management * Quick learner of unfamiliar subject matter * Works well in iterative processes (going back and forth through many versions) * Lead conversations drawing out different ideas and approaches to ensure all angles are covered * Intermediate skills in MS Visio and MS Excel * General technical understanding of systems architecture and underlying processes and data flows Desired Skills: Non-Tech Skills: Start Date: ASAP Emp.
