Currently, we seek a DIRECTOR, CLIENT SERVICES, NY/NJ Job function: Oversee the operations of NY and NJ Customer Services for Clinical and Billing; drive the team in meeting service metric objectives and process improvement. Required Knowledge: Call center experience, planning and analysis skills, leadership skills, knowledge of the business, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to lead teams. Required Experience: 4-5 years ops management. This individual will ideally have extensive experience in the laboratory industry along with technical, supervisory and client service skills. Demonstrated success in leading team members to reach goals and objectives. Demonstrate success in meeting high performance standards with regard to work quality and quantity. Excellent communication/verbal skills and ability to work well with others. Strong writing, composition and negotiating skills. Proficient desktop skills including Excel, Word, ACCESS, Internet, etc. Special Requirement: Travel to Syosset approximately once per week, responsible for a 24 hour, 7 day operation.
