Main Duties • Supervise 2 to 4 staff auditors during engagements. Staff auditors technically report to Audit Manager. • Develop, implement and assess compliance with corporate policies and procedures that protect the assets of the company. • Lead complex audit engagements. • Operate with broad direction. • Review critical workpapers while in the field. • Participate and/or lead special projects. • Draft formal repoort of findings • Interact with Senior Management at Business Units and within Corporate Functions to coordinate completion of audits DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES • Work in other various Corporate Finance functions to personally develop skills in other aspects of Quest and to bring those experiences back to Internal Audit to provide greater insight when performing audits • Opportunity for rotation into a Corporate Finance or Business Unit position within 2 to 3 years Required Knowledge: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance related Required Experience: 4+ years progressive work experience in accounting and/or auditing preferred. Big 4 or national public accounting firm experience is preferred.
