Contract / Temporary Staffing Specialist

We are currently seeking a Senior Staffing Specialist for our Centralized Sales Recruiting Department.

This position will reside in our Corporate office in Lyndhurst, NJ.

This position is a temporary contract assignment.

Main Responsibilities:

* Source and identify candidates Nationwide for Sales positions within the Healthcare Industry, utilizing Internet based, cold calling strategies.

* Screen candidates utilizing behavioral based interviewing techniques.

* Manage 20-25 positions through entire selection process.

* Weekly reporting via Excel and database.

* Regular collaboration with field Sales Managers.

Requirements:

* Bachelors Degree * Strong customer service skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office; including Excel, Word and Outlook * 3-5 years experience in full-cycle recruiting of Sales professionals within the Healthcare Industry * Knowledge of Internet based recruiting methods; knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques: project management skills.
