Express Employment Professionals is seeking responsible associates for packaging and manufacturing positions on B shift to work 3 pm- 11:30 pm. Essential Duties will be performing assigned tasks to meet the daily production schedule, operating at a functional level with regular supervision. Complete all necessary paperwork associated with job, Work as a team and provide input for opportunities for improvement and waste reduction. Perform all tasks in compliance with standard operating procedures. Identify basic problems and communicate general operational issues to Management. Project a positive image by setting positive examples of cooperation, ownership, responsibility & effective communication. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED, with one year of previous food/drug/chemical industry experience preferred. Must understand and abide by the requirements for working in a regulated industry. Must have basic math skills, and be available for flexible schedule and/or overtime. Physical Requirements must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, be able to frequently stand, bend, push, twist, kneel, climb, squat, stoop, and reach overhead. Routinely drives/operates lifts; works with chemicals, tools, and equipment. Background check and drug test required prior to placement.
