Collections Specialist (Bi-Lingual) (Nov 2)

The selected candidate will be making outbound calls to clients with collectible accounts. It will be the responsibility of the candidate to contact the customer, educate them on the issue at hand and the debt owed. The candidate will also need to be able to negotiate to collect the amounts owed. This is a professional career opportunity. Requires good communication skills. Must be able to express one self clearly and concisely. Basic computer skills are required.
