Project Description:

Telecommunication Enterprise Customer Care special ad hoc project automations, BAL ordering and billing automation, ISDN PRI ordering automation, and mapping of care inventory data into partial service orders. Program also supports Precision Billing activities with expanding HRO validation to UB-MIS, past effective bill date machanization total disconnect etc.

Milestones: Software Delivery Planning, Automation Solutions and FR/NFRs.

Job Description:

Candidates will be responsible to support Tier 1 planning, business and software requirement documents for multiple critical automation projects for regional and business markets. Candidates must be capable of understanding the Telecommunication Operational process, systems and technology used in the center locations, and translate the Cleints automation need into functional and non-functional requirements. Candidates must have prior Telecommunication experience in documenting large scale Systems Requirements for Telecommunication Ordering, Billing, Service Delivery and Service Assurance applications. Candidates must be capable of working with unstructured requirements and define the final scope within allocated budget and time. Must have excellant communication and presentation skills.
