JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Sales Consultant in Retail location responsible for qualifying customers needs and positioning Verizon home services to meet the uncovered opportunites. Meet and exceed sales quota for Verizon products and services.

Generate business by directing customers to the Verizon kiosk and capitalize on opportunities by effectively qualifying and positioning Verizon products.

Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve all customer issues and concerns.

Candidates required need to be Clean Cut Professional looking (No Jeans) and motivated individuals who have previous Retail experience.

Candidate must have good oral skills, Bi-Lingual is a plus but not required.

They must have a flexible work schedule and be able to work Retail hours (Weekend, Nights and Holidays) May be required.

Individuals will be working in a FiOS Retail Kiosk they will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota assigned for Verizon FiOS products and services.

Responsible for Generating Business by directing customers to the Verizon FiOS Kiosk and capitalize on opportunities by effectively qualifying and positioning Verizon FiOS products.

Also Candidates will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving all customer issues and concerns. Individuals also may be required to work in other locations besides the one they may have been hired for to help support the team. In the event of this depending on the distance they may be reimbursed for the mileage traveled to get to location.
