Principal Litigation Consultant

Our growing consulting client based in DC is looking for a Principal Litigation Consultant with a expertise in Intellectual Property. Ideal candidates will have between 7 and 10 years of consulting experience of which at least 2-3 years must be focused on intellectual property related issues, i.e. patents, trademarks, copyrights etc. In this capacity one must perform in-depth research, document review, and cost and schedule analysis and computer modeling. One must be able to prepare and review damage claims, expert reports, expert testimony, and have experience in arbitration, mediation, and litigation. A Bachelor's degree in Business is required (Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.), and MBA or Master's degrees are preferred. You must have strong technical abilities with MS Office applications, be an exceptional communicator, both written and orally, and be very analytical, organized, and highly motivated.
